Return or Exchange
Every order is shipped with love and care. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied. That's no problem, just make sure the product is returned within 14 days. You will then be refunded your purchase amount. The return costs are for yourself.
Return step-by-step plan:
1. Check whether the item is still in its original condition.
- Unworn and odorless
- Original packaging and tags attached
2. Indicate which product it concerns via the contact form.
3. Make sure that the invoice is returned with the item.
4. Write the return address on the package:

5. Drop it off at a shipping office. Costs for returning are for yourself.
6. Once we have received the package and it is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. This is without the shipping costs.
Articles that are excluded;
1. We do not accept returns of items on sale.
2. Tights and socks may only be returned if they are still in their original packaging and unworn. This due to hygiene.
3. We give NO guarantee on prints, stones, glitter, studs and other applications.
